ECB’s LAGARDE SAID THEY’RE GOING TO IMPLEMENT THE ULTIMATE BAZOOKA FOR THE MEETING OF DECEMBER

That was the headline on the 12th of November.

All talk since then has been of a 'recalibration of the existing tools'.

They always have to take the fun out of it.
